Washer installation includes connecting the home water supply lines to the washer and installing the drain hose. Home water supply valves must be in good operation so water can be shut off to the washer. If the drainpipe is higher than the top of the washer than this will lead to an improper installation set up. This set up will put an overwhelming amount of strain on the drain pump and may lead to poor performance and voiding warranty on the drain pump portion of the washer.
Installation includes connecting the customer supplied or purchased from the store gas supply line. Home gas valve at dryer must be in working order to fully shut off gas for the dryer. Installation also includes installing dryer vent supplied by customer or flexible dryer vent purchased from store.
Installation does NOT include converting fuel types (nat. gas to LP or LP to nat. gas). Home dryer vent must be with 4’ of dryer.
Installation is performed by a third-party contractor. Customer is responsible for all installation hardware needed to complete the installation. If customer supplied installation hardware is deemed unfit for installation by installers, the customer is responsible for paying for hardware needed.
